Oluwabusayo Ayinde is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets department.

Oluwabusayo is a graduate of Law from Babcock University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree which she obtained in 2020. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022.

Oluwabusayo is able to identify corporate trends opportunities, challenges, and potential risks, and take initiative to address them. She thinks outside the box and is able to come up with creative solutions to problems.
