Mindy is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Department. Her practice primarily focuses on debt and equity transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a trainee associate in a reputable firm where she specialised in contentious and non-contentious work, as well as interned in other law firms and a Nigerian High Court.
