Franklin Okoro is a legal practitioner passionate about the creative industry. His passionabout the entertainment industry extends to the underpinnings of the local and international legal and regulatory framework that cuts acrossintellectual property law, technology law and entertainment law, including an active interest indispute resolution processesunder these areas.

Franklin’s practice interestsaccommodates detailed and analytical research on potential policy and regulatory changes on the horizon and engaging the mechanics of dispute resolution in meeting the ends of the administration of justice following requisite international standards. He is also avidly engaged in supporting the telecoms regulatory work, data protection and privacy practice of the Firm.

He attended the University of Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria where he obtained an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2019. He also graduated from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja campus and was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in September 2020. He is currently an Associate with the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Department.
