Since 2008, the Annual Business Luncheon (ABL) organised by S. P. A. Ajibade & Co. has primarily played a role in contributing to the Firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which highlights and addresses contemporary issues affecting the legal profession in Nigeria with the intent of identifying and suggesting workable and practical solutions to these problems.
In practice of the Firm’s annual event, SPA Ajibade & Co. virtually held its 15th Edition of the Annual Business Luncheon on Thursday, December 8, 2022. The theme of the 2022 Annual Business Luncheon (#SPAACOABL2022) was “Talent Retention Challenges and the Future of Legal Practice in Nigeria.”
This 15th edition addressed the issues relating to improving law firms’ (and other related organisations) capabilites to retain their talent base at a time when there is a massive exodus of staff between law firms, to other organisations, and out of the country, in what has now been termed the “japa” syndrome.
