Ufuoma Eferha is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets department. She is a top performing lawyer who provides legal support and advisory services to corporate clients in various sectors. She earned her LL. B at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo, then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She also has a general course certificate in intellectual property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Prior to joining the firm, she has worked in other law firms, honed her skills and garnered experience in civil and criminal law, intellectual property law, real estate and dispute resolution.
