Olukolade O. Ehinmosan is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Department. He represents clients in disputes bordering on corporate and capital market, deals and general commercial transactions, torts, Intellectual Property, sports (football and athletics), labour law and trade union relations. He also has special interests in assisting corporate entities in conflict avoidance and limiting business exposure in taxation, sports and intellectual property, data protection and allied areas.

He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) degree in 2016 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018. He is the founding president of the Tax Club, Obafemi Awolowo University and held the position between 2015 and 2017. Olukolade carried out his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) internship at S. P. A. Ajibade & Co., with the Dispute Resolution, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Departments. While functioning in these capacities, he was also the Director of Litigation in the Legal Aid Department of the NYSC. Through these avenues, he demonstrated precocious advocacy skills in representing various clients pro bono while also supporting the corporate and commercial legal practice team in its multi-faceted corporate and finance advisory engagements.
