Oluwole is one of the core members of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. Shortly after he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, he started his career in one of the foremost leading litigation firms in Nigeria. Oluwole has also worked as an Associate with two other leading litigation firms prior to joining S. P. A. Ajibade & Co in 2010.

Oluwole has considerable experience in commercial and corporate litigation, arbitration and mediation, and is familiar with the practice and procedures of the Superior Court of Record in Nigeria, and major institutional and ad hoc alternative dispute resolution proceedings. His areas of practice also extends to banking, insurance, company law, personal claims, product liability and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Internationally, he has been actively involved as a Judge in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Due to his special interest for international mediation, he has published several articles on mediation. Oluwole is presently the Membership Officer of the Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
