Oreoluwa Adebayo, an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Department, is a brilliant and result-oriented lawyer with good analytical skills and a flair for legal research. She holds an LL.B., degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria (2018), and a B.L., degree from the Nigerian Law School, Yola (2019). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, (ICSAN).
