Adesola has close to two decades of experience advising clients in different areas of law. She represents various corporate entities and multinationals, attending to the full range of their transactional needs.
Adesola has vast experience across many industry sectors and she is renowned for experience in licensing, regulatory and compliance, intellectual property rights, alternative dispute resolution and litigation, real estate transactions and succession matters. She started her practice in one of the leading corporate commercial law firms in Lagos where she rose to become a Managing Associate and the Head of the Corporate Commercial Department.
Adesola attended the University of Ibadan where she bagged her first degree in Law in 2005 and the University of Lagos for her Masters’ degree in Law. She is currently a student of the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University Scotland for the award of Masters in Business Administration.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), member of the NBA Section on Business Law and a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Adesola has handled several litigation matters and appeared before all the superior courts in Nigeria. She has also several articles and publications to her credit across various aspects of law in Nigeria.
