Ololade is a key Associate in the Dispute Resolution department with a bias for private commercial law practice.

She has diverse experience that cuts across the Firm’s dispute resolution and corporate practice areas. Prior to joining SPA Ajibade & Co., she had a brief stint with one of the big Four Consultancy Firms in Nigeria, where she was engaged in Risk Management and supervised commercial legal practice.

Since joining SPA Ajibade & Co., she has represented several multinationals, local companies and individuals in commercial litigation proceedings, arising from various areas of law, including aviation, employment, banking and finance, telecommunications, recovery of premises, investor disputes, debt recovery, and general litigation.

She also acted as a Seconded Legal Associate to one of the Firm’s clients, a key player in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector of the Nigerian economy.

She is a detail oriented lawyer, and a chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
